Hi, I am the Bird. I am 54 years old, I am woman and I am a truth seeker. I love the world and I love life. Living by the beach in Venice Florida has me salty and sun drenched which has kept me sane, tan and wrinkled! My passion is to find awesome strategies to alleviate fear based living. I am a yogi ERYT 200. Many books, You Tube lectures and a spiritual guru I have worked with for 4.5 years have fed my hunger for helping myself and helping others.
